Key Holding

Summit Security Services provide a key holding service for domestic and commercial properties. Whether we are covering your annual two week leave or are your permanent key holder we offer a professional and personal approach.

Keys are kept in a secure safe and we ensure that we operate an immediate emergency rapid response to alarm activation.

Summit Security Services would attend the site/dwellings with a dog team and assess the situation, should it be required we will then notify the relevant authorities or purely reset your alarm once a thorough check has been completed.
